This half term STEP FORWARD are hosting a variety of activities across the week.

If you are ages between 14-21 years old, get yourselves booked in​!

Monday 17th February - 11am-12pm Introduction session followed by Stress management at 12:30pm-2:30pm

Wednesday 19th February - 11am-1pm Ready, Steady, Cook! followed by Healthy Relationships 1:30pm-3:30pm

Thursday 20th February - 11:30am-1:00pm Mindfulness

Friday 21st February - 11am-5pm Challenge and Grow
